So,after LHL dies means HDB price will dky-rocket much more!

As an aviation hub, we are not as central as Bangkok Thailand.

As a port, the northern Russian polar routes will greatly reduce the significance role Singapore plays.

Even as a few had bad encounters with him,LKY,had on the whole,contributed much to Sg and Sgs alike.

BTW,LKY did not want public money to be wasted even on tentages that he considered extravagant.
To say that LKY would not want a Luxurious Memorial Building erected in his or his colleagues’ remembrance is not far-fetched but in line with his values instead.
Who can honestly say LKY would crave for such extravagance?
If under LKY and Dr Goh Keng Swee,they both would have determined WAGE CUTS ibstead of squandering $100B for “saving jobs” especially those with $KY-HIGH salaries.

So,yes,LKY and his compatriots should be remembered and revered for their cobtributions in humble and dignified manner.
Respecting their “values” is a more meaningful way than lavishing public money eastefully,don’t we all,bona fide singaporeans,agree?

But in singapore, I kept hearing Mr Lee Kuan Yew, so to be me prime minister must be the one with power and also bcoz I dont know what is the president doing.
