Julian Assange Walks Free

Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, has been released after years of incarceration. Assange, who has been a controversial figure in global politics for over a decade, pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges in a U.S. court, securing a deal that allows him to walk free.

This sudden development has left many questions unanswered, particularly regarding the U.S. government's silence on the matter.

  • Julian Assange is lucky he is not in you-know-where. Had he been, he would still be detained by you-know-who without a trial and may become another STP.

That being said, he should never have been tried and detained in the 1st place. UK is a known American arselicker and was doing the US’s bidding, the world I believe knows that.

Australia could do nothing as it was a small country with no cloud. Had Assange been a Chinese national, things would have been different, reference the Huawei CFO as an example.

Australian politician blames Assange for years of captivity
It was the WikiLeaks founder’s own decision to resist extradition, senior opposition figure Simon Birmingham has said

The opposition leader in the Australian Senate, Simon Birmingham, has claimed Julian Assange’s years of confinement in the UK were the result of his own actions, as he evaded lawful extradition requests.

In short, never defend yourself against persecution and prosecution. Aussy talk thru their other end.

  • Vietnam is Free:

President Xi Jinping shakes hands with Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Wednesday.

President Xi Jinping said on Wednesday that Beijing and Hanoi will embrace new opportunities in expanding their cooperation in areas such as trade and the economy, as well as interconnectivity and the digital economy, as China continues deepening reform across the board and advancing Chinese modernization.

He made the remarks when meeting in Beijing with Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, who is in China for the 15th Annual Meeting of the New Champions, also known as the Summer Davos, held in Northeast China’s coastal city of Dalian.

Noting that China always sees Vietnam as a priority in its neighborhood diplomacy, Xi said China is ready to work with Vietnam to strengthen strategic guidance of bilateral ties, firmly support each other and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, to jointly march toward modernization.

Vietnam is free to choose its international partners, especially China and Russia. Unfortunately for other countries, their “leaders” have their balls in a vice-grip by you-know-who.

Against such a lethally dysfunctional backdrop, Governor Landry’s sensational Ten Commandments crusade no doubt serves as a handy distraction from more profoundly existential problems. To that end, perhaps the Ten Commandments could do with the addition of an 11th: “Thou shalt not think.”

    “Thou shalt not think.”

This should be the 0th commandment. “Thou shalt not think. Obey all commandments”
