Minister Chan said that the govt has to conserve the limited supply of surgical masks for use in the hospitals. I agree with this approach. The doctors and nurses are at the most risks, as they have to take care of the infected patients at close proximity. This means that less masks are available for use by the general public.... 

After first confirmed case Macau – 20 million masks distributed from national stockpile 1 day later. Singapore – 5 million masks distributed from national stockpile shortly; 5.2 million masks from 8 to 16 days later (1 Feb to 9 Feb). Population Macau – 667,000, ie 30 masks per person Singapore – 5,700,000, 2 masks...
