How does forcing former private property owners to wait 15 months to buy HDB cool the property market when it is foreign buyers of private property that are driving the prices up? Total nonsense. PAP has lost all it's marbles... So to speak. Preventing people who sold private property to buy HDB resale for 15 months will only... 

Yesterday, I walked from my home to Grassroots Club. On the way, I saw a few foreign workers sleeping on the pathway. It was early in the morning, at around 8.30 am. I wondered why these workers were not sleeping in the worker dormitory. Maybe, they do not have any work and are not paid, so they cannot afford to pay the rent...
