I don't understand why Minister Shanmugam is not so sure about Singapore's direction towards racial tolerance and harmony. It is very simple to understand. Monkey see, Monkey do. If the government promotes racial superiority and discriminates against minority races, how do you expect society to turn out? No need to chase ghosts.... 

It was just in 2017, Moderna had failed in one of its key milestone project using mRna. mRna technology CAN BE TOXIC as it uses a delivery system of nanoparticles which can harm the body if the dosage is too high. Unless they find a totally safe delivery system for mRna, else it will continue to create whole lot of nasty side...
