Last Friday (26 Jul), Spring Singapore chairman Philip Yeo was honoured with an NUS scholarship named after him. Yeo is one who has little patience for those who cannot keep up. At the dinner, Yeo recounted an occasion when he and Mr Lim Swee Say - then working with him at the EDB - were queueing up for their boarding passes...
