DBS Group Holdings announced on Mon (2 Apr) that it has agreed to pay S$9.1 billion for Indonesia's Bank Danamon in shares and cash at a whopping 56.3% premium at 7,000 rupiah per share. DBS said it would pay S$6.2 billion to buy 67.4% stake from Temasek Holdings. DBS will issue 439 million new shares to Temasek at S$14.07 each...
