Two-time loser of Hougang SMC - once in the 2011 general election and a second time in a 2012 by-election - Desmond Choo, said that many Tampines residents are in "good festive spirits" (sic) in a Facebook post yesterday (20 Dec): Mr Choo has twice been a losing PAP candidate in opposition stronghold Hougang SMC.
