I quote a Bloomberg news report of 8 December 2020 that the unprescedented takeover of a private Indian bank (Lakshmi Vilas Bank/ LVB) by a foreign competitor (DBS India) signals that the Indian banking sector is opening up- Nirmala Sitharaman. ( Indian Finance Minister). I disagree with that opinion. Let us be absolutely clear....
