I don't understand why Minister Shanmugam is not so sure about Singapore's direction towards racial tolerance and harmony. It is very simple to understand. Monkey see, Monkey do. If the government promotes racial superiority and discriminates against minority races, how do you expect society to turn out? No need to chase ghosts....
