This is really a dishonest statement by MOH
They didn't put up a straight forward answer according to the stated pay grade but uses doubtful numbers which is incomparable by adding "allowance". Such allowances most probably are over time allowances or night shift allowances. These are hard earned allowances which should not be made as part of comparisons! Goh Meng...
