Very disappointing to read Lawrence Wong's answer to the CNBC question. When will the govt admit, accept and recognise that the problem is the OVERCROWDING of the dormitories? Blaming it on "communal living" is entirely missing the point. You can still have communal living - eating together, watching tv together, sharing facilities,...
