My fear is that, from flash-floods, to train breakdowns, to blackouts, to roof collapses, Singaporeans have accepted mediocrity, not excellence, as the norm of life here. I clearly remember in 2011, soon after the elections that year, when there were 2 massive train breakdowns and the Prime Minister and Transport Minister...
