If the budget signifies anything, it is that at least the 30% have managed to squeeze from PAP one of the more progressive Budget of recent times. The title itself "Partnering for the Future" is almost Bernie Sanders. Ok, not quite revolutionary but at least adroitly liberal. Lets look at what the narrative was prior to GE 2011....
