I refer to the news that the government will build new dormitories and refit unused state properties as part of their plan to reduce the current density in worker dormitories. I support the government's decision, however, to effectively tackle the problems at the root level, merely building more dormitories is insufficient....

The day before the lockdown was lifted, ie 1st June, it was reported that there were zero community cases. The very next day, 2nd June, there were 4 community cases. In the last 2 days, there have been 7 and 15 community cases respectively. More worryingly, 6 out of the 7 community cases yesterday were asymptomatic and all 15...
