Do they really listen?

We all remember when the population white paper came out in 2013 and everybody objected so loudly. What happened after that? We were told the idea of 6.9 million people by 2030 would be reviewed and immigration policies would change but what has changed? In 2004 there were a little over 4.1 million people in Singapore, today...
