I refer to the news about NEA's decision to install thermal cameras to catch smokers. Having thermal cameras - with all its technologically advanced features and capabilities - are cool stuff, but still I consider that decision wasteful, unnecessary and another example of blatant wastage of taxpayers' monies by the PAP government. Let...
