When a person is arrested, the police have 48 hours to investigate and charge him in court. It used to be 24 hours but that was extended to 48 hours I think in the early 1980s. The report says researchers from Hong Kong has found that 2 doses of vaccine from Sinovac or Pfizer does not produce enough neutralizing antibodies to protect against...
