Much to my surprise, only a few Singaporeans are aware of this rather odd ruling - that all who travel overseas regardless of the travel lane they use to enter Singapore, will have to pay for their own medical expenses if they test positive or experience symptoms of covid within 14 days of their arrival in Singapore.
