I sometimes read the articles here and wonder what this country is coming to. I am an “India Indian” btw. And if I happen to like my country and this country and “enjoy the best of both worlds” because “home” is a 5 hour flight away, exactly what is the problem? By your argument, I should never step foot out of this...

Qatar puts its citizens first In Qatar, it is mandatory that the Head of HR in any on-shore entity (because QFC entities are deemed "offshore" and subject to different requirements and laws) is a local Qatari - the obvious advantage of this is there is oversight of the recruitment process and favouritism/favoured recruitment...
