Mystery of the MOH report

Everyday, the cut off point for the MOH reporting of numbers of infections for Wuhan Coronavirus is 12pm. It would mean that the daily report will include cases detected the previous day starting from 12:01pm to the current day 12pm. For eg, 16 Apr 2020's report would include cases confirmed from 15 Apri 2020 12:01pm till 12pm...
