The refusal of the PAP government to ban PMDs is weak leadership for all to see

Just yesterday evening, I was nearly hit by a speeding Personal Mobility Devices (PMD) on a pedestrian walkway along River Valley Road. The arguments put forth by PAP ministers are idiotic. One, PMDs complement our larger efforts towards a ‘car-lite’ society. Two, it bridges the first and last mile gap of some public transport...
