副总理尚穆根说： “…若你对我作人身攻击，说我贪污，那我会起诉你诽谤，要求你证明你的言论属实。不过，若你批评我愚蠢、不知所言，批评政府的每个政策、批评决策者不知所言，那不构成诽谤，没有人可起诉你。你可以质疑我的能力、政策，尽管提出来辩论，这不构成诽谤。” 这番话说得好听，其实是无可奈何，外加点有感而发。无可奈何者，我若说你愚蠢，就算是网络自由，点击这个博客的不过是三几人。若是起诉我诽谤，到时媒体上铺天盖地的报道，想不要愚蠢也不可得了。而有感而发者，或许是感叹自己的同僚、上司、下属的能力庸劣罢了。尤其是“批评决策者不知所言”这句，更是神来之笔。 从G20国集团首脑峰回来，李显龙总理在自己个人的面簿指出峰会硕果累累，这就叫我大吃一惊。我刚浏览了网上其它新闻，看到了国际在线专稿这么说： 据德国《明镜周刊》报道，G20峰会结束了，会议结果比人们预想的更糟糕，经济和外交领域皆无进展。这个原本的经济论坛未能在全球恢复方面取得实质进展，与会者也未在叙利亚问题上找到共同立场。 那么，G20既然是“会议结果比人们预想的更糟糕，经济和外交领域皆无进展”，又怎会硕果累累呢？难道说，是新加坡，或者是李显龙自己硕果累累吗？ 然而，这怎么可能呢？作为G20峰会的一个宾客，人家邀请你去开开眼界，你就是硕果累累，这不是要笑掉我们的邻国...
