General Election 2016 Forecast: PAP 73 versus Opposition 14

Let’s take a look of the possible outcomes in GE 2016. Map shows 2011 and 2012 results. Changes in electoral boundaries in 2016 The Parliamentary Elections Act requires at least 8 SMCs at any time.  Currently, there are 12 SMCs.  It seems to be too generous for the opposition.  It is unlikely the 12 SMCs will be around...
