With the new PAP manifesto, many Singaporeans like me will wonder why the PAP has actually bothered to come up with one, when they can use the last elections manifesto because nothing was achieved over the last five years and Singaporeans have been made poorer in mental and financial health, and this 2011 PAP election manifesto ...
