I am concerned about the "extensive" Cabinet reshuffles that has been announced. Seven ministers are changing their portfolio. While change of ministers may be necessary and, on occasion, useful to introduce change, an extensive reshuffle may be counter productive. A minister, no matter how capable a person, needs some time...
