Not the kind who is actually a technician but because of some morale-boosting manpower-massaging HR wizardry, is given the title engineer. How much has the population rise in the last 14 years? If the real income growth of earners only expand by 1.5% and population size grow by, let say, 50% in aggregate, it means the marginal increase in real income was feeding a LOT more mouths and paying for a LOT more hospital bills. Everyone is worst off economically speaking....
