This plate of leftover breakfast mee goreng cost $6 at Jurong East Mrt Kopitiam. Crazy pricing! This is not specially fried Mee but those breakfast type leftover to lunch at the Nasi Padang stall. Saw this elderly man eating only with one dish meal - usually people will order three dishes or minimum two. I watched him finished up all his food without even a drop of rice left. He then opens up the bag to drink from his own water bottle. Is this how our retiree should live in our costliest city for the 4th year running...
