Last week, a taxi driver was attacked by 4 Chinese nationals – 2 men and 2 women – for supposedly refusing to accept their ride. It is not uncommon to read about passengers, upon reaching their destination, pretending to go up to their blocks to get the fare and then failing to return. Worse, some give all sorts of excuses...
