Accountability is very much lacking under the PAP

9 deaths in 16 months is just unacceptable. Not in peace time that is. It equates to almost 2 death in every 2 months. Accident can happen surely but when it involves fatality, then it's 1 death too many. In any country where accountability is high, we usually see the top hierarchy taking responsibility over any major mishap....

There is no reason for Ng Eng Heng to resign, especially since he is minister for defence. As any no of reports have said, you take orders from the top, even when they make no sense, cos the boss is Always right.
