To: Editor of Temasek Review, I recognize that Temasek Review's tone has a decided anti-foreigner bias.  I have no quarrel with this editorial bias.  However, I would like to point out that there is a difference between accurately reporting news or raising issues that have anti-foreigner overtones, and deliberately coloring...
