I refer to Chris Kuan's article "Stealing lunches and citizen unemployment rate" (theonlinecitizen, May 2). It states that "There are 74.4k unemployed residents of which 67.1k or 90% are citizens. We do not yet know the total number of unemployed persons at the end of Q1 2017. MOM is not making this easy. But using the labour...
