Water a luxury item for the rich?
Water price hike is normal but to increase 30% is abnormal. Normal will be 1%-5% for necessities like water. Water must never be a luxury. What happens when you make prices too out of reach for the ordinary Singapore household? Some rich household will have good health and a better standard of living, others will just be scraping...
