I am not a supporter of TPL but I think the way that article is written is quite false and biased. The voice quality of the video is very bad, can't make out what is happening. i got the 'i am Singaporean' part as... 

Here's another link about how pinoys had creatively used an alien certificates of registration, identity cards issued by Philippines Bureau of Immigration, to fake their surrendering of Philippines citizenship and take on another country's citizenship. Wonder how many of those pinoys who get Singapore citizenship had cheated...
