What does that mean? Do u mean to say there are no fixed criteria... 

Just when I think there's no way I am gonna get madder over this issue, this clueless MP managed to surprise me. I am a Singaporean student who is currently studying. It is no doubt that compared to the past, competition for positions in courses and schools have increased. The greatest competition does not come from local students, but those from overseas. Instead of embracing a friendly competition, we local students are marked down...
