Should MSM reporters be openly named for inaccurate reporting?

I've come to the opinion that perhaps the only way to help our local reporters improve is to highlight their names when they do inaccurate reports. This is not to shame them or to get personal with them. It is to make them get their facts right and to take personal responsibility for the reports they write, very much like individual...
