我们在高等法庭面对两项民事诉讼案。第一项诉讼是在市镇理事会法案下所委任的阿裕尼-后港市镇理事会的独立代表团，其成员是高级律师菲立 – 惹耶勒南，高级律师斯尼华申以及王邦泰先生。第二项诉讼的原告是白沙 – 榜鹅市镇理事会。 这两项诉讼指控我们与另外两名市镇理事会的理事在管理市镇会时失责造成损失。虽然他们并没有指控我们收取或者挪用任何款项为己用，但这两项诉讼案向我们索赔总额超过3000万元。 以上的两项指控都不属实。我们善意行事，所做的决定也以居民和市镇理事会的利益为依归。我们聘请了陈...
