● 游润恬 报道 虽然正式的总统竞选活动还未拉开序幕,但有意问鼎总统宝座的前议员陈清木医生已如火如荼地展开造势及民情探温活动。 他的竞争对手、职总英康保险合作社前总裁陈钦亮也忙着开辟或重新设计网页,试图透过互联网集中展示支持者的留言,以推高人气。他现在还公开在网上要求网民捐款。 随着纳丹总统本月1日公开表明不再寻求连任,下月的民选总统选举看似将成为陈清木医生、陈钦亮和前副总理陈庆炎博士之间的“三陈之战”。“三陈”之中,陈庆炎到目前为止仍是最为低调的。 支持者以潮语打油诗 为陈清木打气 过去一个月,陈清木的支持者陆续录制了多套短片,并把它们上载到youTube网站。他在短片中叙述及回忆起自己当议员时为国人争取到的好处,例如让国人可以动用中央公积金储蓄来支付大学教育费用,以及星期天及公共假日可在组屋区停车场免费停车等。 他的支持者前天还上载了一段风格截然不同、以潮州话歌颂他的youTube短片。旁述者抑扬顿挫的调子不只生动,还有押韵。 打油诗大意如下:“等等等,等什么?陈清木最好。本地人,好过外国人。CPF上大学,星期天和公共假日停车免烦恼。医院三号房(C级病房),又便宜又好。跛脚残废的,走路方便不怕跌倒。小孩念书厉害不厉害都好。等等等,等什么?陈清木最好。人品正直又有趣,又不怕PAP。等等等,等什么?陈清木最好。哎呀,新加坡人,你还在等什么?你要记得我们的陈医生。” 潮语打油诗时长不到1分半钟,比由陈清木本人正正经经地谈同样的公积金或停车政策的其他youTube短片来得短,但从点击率看来,潮语短片的轻松呈献方式似乎较受网民欢迎。 除了在互联网上展开社交媒体攻势之外,陈医生也勤于透过各种社交场合与国人接触。例如他每个周末会跟支持者到不同的小贩中心用餐,尽量在竞选前提高曝光率。他也应邀跟商人、律师、德士司机等不同群体吃饭交流。对于行动党人,他则刻意保持距离。 陈钦亮网络造势只许褒不准贬 陈钦亮有两个网站、一个博客和两个“面簿”(Facebook)户头。他虽然活跃于网上,但造势的焦点却与另外“双陈”有三个明显差别。 第一个差别是,他直接把别人赞美或肯定的话,贴到自己的博客或网站里。而陈清木并没把支持者赞美他的潮语短片上载到自己的“面簿”或博客。 至于在陈钦亮的“面簿”上提出质疑或批评的评论,多数都被删掉,有些提出异议的留言者还被“逐出”他的“面簿”。 第二个差别是,陈钦亮把批评对手的报道或评论,转贴到自己的博客或网站。例如论政网站“淡马锡评论”刊登了一篇批评陈庆炎担任教育部长时所推行的政策的匿名评论,他就把这篇评论的网址和简要内容转贴到自己的博客上。陈清木偶尔虽也上载他与陈庆炎或其他部长针锋相对的内容,但那些都是他以前担任议员时就事论事的历史事实。 第三个差别是,陈钦亮是唯一在互联网上公开募捐的准总统候选人。他写道:“我要测试新加坡人,看他们是否愿意挺身而出,还是只准备坐享其成。”陈庆炎最低调关键时刻才“出声” 作为“三陈”当中履历最为显赫的准候选人,陈庆炎博士的姿态目前却最为低调。他在“面簿”上留言的频率不高,只在关键时刻才留言。例如当纳丹总统宣布不寻求连任时,他就立即留言表示感谢纳丹总统多年来的贡献。 他至今没反驳任何人对他的批评,也允许网民随意在他的“面簿”墙上留言,以批评或表示支持其他准候选人。 陈博士在7月1日离开新加坡政府投资公司和新加坡报业控股后、在“面簿”上写了“正式失业”感言,谈到“面簿”墙的使用,还写出他在报业控股担任主席期间,见证了迈入互动网络论坛及“公民记者”时代的经验。他至今倾向于继续允许所有的人在他的“面簿”墙上发表看法。 他问网民:“我相信新加坡人的思想成熟和独立,也会有分寸。你同意吗?如果你认为应该有一些约束或规范,那应该是什么呢?” *[email protected]  Read More →
