The term “Foreign Talent” itself is rubbish!

The term “Foreign Talent” itself is rubbish!

The PAP government is unable to define what a real ‘foreign talent’ is. The term itself is rubbish. The top-tier ‘talent’ of any country, its crème de la crème will never leave their homeland for a place like Singapore. Those who leave for Singapore, be they long-term talents or transiting ones, hoping to use Singapore as a launch-pad to better countries, are merely using Singapore. What Singapore attracts, unfortunately, is ’sour curd’. An Indian university-graduated I.T engineer, versus a NUS/NTU-graduated engineer, what is the difference in their productivity, competencies, and their abilities to get the job done? Clearly, a NUS/NTU graduate cannot be any less competent than his/her Indian counterpart. If PAP asserts that an Indian univ-grad is better than a local one, then, perhaps something has gone very wrong with Singapore Ministry of Education’s tertiary education policies and the rigors of the programmes offered at NUS/NTU. So, for whatever excuses the PAP use to justify the influx of ‘foreign talents’, it is all lame. Do not forget, 40 years of social engineering, of curtailing and controlling of the local graduate population, has resulted in the current shortage of local talents. Many who cannot afford an overseas university education have been forced to give up their dreams, take on lesser jobs, just to provide for their families – only to realize that in their lifetimes, that they will lose their jobs in short economic cycles, have their salaries reduced because of cheap foreign labour, and face the next cycle of uncertainties for their own children. Yes, this is the legacy of 40 years social engineering – of producing a worker-class that cannot revolt against the ruling-class. The foolish social engineering process created by the PAP has resulted in a population base that cannot compete with the best of knowledge-based economies elsewhere. Only to justify their even worse solutions to this problem, by bringing in the zoo-class of clowns and pretenders, skivers at work who do little, but talk and play petty office politics. This is the type of ‘talent’ Singapore imports, and this is the short-term solution to a long-term problem. It is no wonder that the best solution to the Orchard Rd floods, are sandbags placed along the pavement – the real metaphor of the guys we pay millions to solve our problems, when the bunch of jokers are the one who created the problem in the first place. And then of course, the greastest disservice any local company and its HR departments is guilty of, is the hiring process in which deference is given to the foreign talent, either because they are cheaper, or because they talk and market themselves so well, but often fail to deliver. Take Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Taiwan as our nearest comparison models, none of their homegrown corporations will hire or give deferential treatment to a foreigner, to the detriment of their local compatriots. How companies like Matsushita-Panasonic, Toyota, Honda, Samsung, Hyundai, LG, Acer, etc., grow beyond their own domestic market, is really about national pride, national identity, of creating a national brand that each citizen-worker can be proud of. Any Korean worker can take the streets and go on strike, but it does not dilute their national pride and patriotism. Each engineer on the production line will still insist on exceeding the company’s quality control standards, just so that each product that rolls out of their plant, does not only represent their brand, it represents their country. Where is this national pride? How can a wife remain faithful and proud of her husband, if all he does, is to bring home an international variety of prostitutes each night to their marital bed? And his justification to his wife – you are not talented and skilled enough, I need variety, I need to procreate, the cheaper the whore, the better, as long as I get the job done. I want a multitudes of descendants, never mind their quality. Between Singaporeans and their Government, a social and moral contract has been breached. And we have been betrayed. There is no point expecting the same government to provide us with better solutions. We have seen and heard them all. The only way forward, if we do not pack and leave, is for us to take control. We will need to create our own homegrown companies that hire Singaporeans with decent wages. We need to create the real Singapore for Singaporeans. It takes time, but it surely beats allowing the foreign talents to take over our marital beds and land. We are doing this for our children and their future. NS-men, your girlfriends, your wives, your children and all real-blooded Singaporeans, the war has started, and it starts on a psychological level. We fight the fine fight, we will take back our land, our jobs, and our homes. Never mind what rubbish the PAP generates, it is all noise. Move on, fight to eliminate the trash we do not need. Create our own national brands and corporations, create our own billion-dollar corporations sans Temasek Holdings/GIC. Do not betray your own kind, the way the PAP has. PAP MP Irene Ng unfazed by criticisms from netizens

PAP MP Irene Ng unfazed by criticisms from netizens

PAP MP Irene Ng remains unfazed by the barrage of criticisms she has received from netizens for helping an Indonesian Gusti Agusetiawarman obtained Singapore PR. A massive furore erupted in cyberspace last week over a comment posted by an Indonesian Gusti Agusetiawarman on the Facebook of PAP MP Irene Ng, thanking her for helping him obtain Singapore PR: [Source: Vote PAP out Facebook] It is not revealed how Ms Ng had helped Mr Gusti in his application. From the above comment, it seems that Mr Gusti will be bringing his family over to Singapore. It is not known if he will be buying a HDB resale flat. In her reply, Ms Ng congratulated Mr Gusti and said she is sure that he will “contribute to Singapore as part of our extended family.” Her assistance to Mr Gusti led many Singaporeans to wonder if Ms Ng is a MP for Singaporeans or foreigners. There is an increasing number of complaints among Singaporeans that it is difficult for them to even catch a glimpse of their PAP MPs who are often away. PAP MPs also have the propensity to make frivolous police reports against their own residents. In March this year, PAP MP Lee Yi-Shyan made a police report against a 52 year old relief cabby for reminding him of the Seng Han Thong incident. Another 17 year old mentally challenged teenager was arrested for slamming a door during a meet-the-people session after his PAP MP complained to the police. In contrast to the shabby treatment received by native Singaporeans from their PAP MPs, some of whom are unelected, Ms Ng is most accommodating towards Mr Gusti and went out of her way to help him obtain Singapore PR: [Source: Irene Ng's Facebook] Ms Ng herself is not a Singaporean by birth. She was born in Penang, Malaysia and was a former journalist with the Straits Times before “handpicked” by the PAP to ”represent” Singaporeans as a MP. Her husband is foreigner as well. As such, it is natural that she will not fight for the interests and rights of native Singaporeans. With the PAP continuing to mass-import foreigners to replace Singaporeans, we will be seeing more pro-foreigner MPs like Irene Ng around.   Related articles: >> Netizens lampooned Irene Ng   Please join our Facebook page here and invite your friends to do so to create awareness of the current affairs affecting Singaporeans. Singapore not becoming a province of China

Singapore not becoming a province of China

Singapore is not becoming the 24th province of the People's Republic of China (PRC) after all, based on latest data released by the PAP regime to allay the anxieties of Singaporeans that they are being "swarmed" by mainland Chinese, especially the ethnic minorities. According to the Singapore Department of Statistics, the number of Singapore PRs increased from 287,500 in 2000 to 541,000 this year of which the proportion of ethnic Indians see the highest jump from 14.9 percent in 2000 to 20.4 percent this year. The data also revealed interestingly that the number of PRs and citizens born in China went up by just 13,000 compared to those born in Malaysia which went up by 81,000. The Straits Times quickly jumped on it to dismiss public perception that mainland Chinese form the majority of the newcomerss. "This whole idea that we are being overwhelmed by mainland Chinese has no basis. The numbers should tell us that many from China are here only as foreign workers and, as the Prime Minister has said, we have to distinguish them from new immigrants," Associate Professor Eugene Tan from Singapore Management University is quoted as saying in the Straits Times. What the data did not show is that the mainland Chinese only start coming to Singapore somewhere after 2005 when new ultra-liberal immigration regulations were implemented by the PAP regime to encourage them to live, study and work in Singapore under a variety of schemes and programmes. The PAP regime should reveal the total number of mainland Chinese in Singapore, some of whom are on the waiting list for PR application, meaning that their numbers will continue to increase in the near future. It should also give a breakdown on the provincial origins of these Chinese as there is a wide disparity in income between the coastal Chinese cities and the inland provinces In a recent interview with National Geographic magazine, PAP strongman Lee Kuan Yew said it is a "good thing" that Singapore is welcoming so many Chinese immigrants (from mainland China) as they are more "hard-driving" and "hard-striving" than locals. Despite the desperate attempts of the PAP regime to attract Chinese immigrants, it seems that other than Malaysian Chinese, who are treated as second class citizens in their own country, the Taiwanese, Hong Kongers and even the affluent mainland Chinese are not coming to Singapore. In a Gallup poll last year, the top three immigration destinations for the Chinese are United States, South Korea and France. At the rate Singapore is mass-importing mainland Chinese from China's inner provinces, we will end up becoming a third-tier city of China rather than one of its booming cities like Shenzhen, Shanghai and Guangzhou.   Please join our Facebook page here and invite your friends to do so to create awareness of the current affairs affecting Singaporeans.
