后李时代,PAP会自动分裂崩溃吗?

作者:费言 亨廷顿那该死的家伙,对老李和新加坡最毒的咒语是四个字:“人亡政息”。 这似乎和你说的:“这种政权的最大遗毒就是在“强老头”(strongman) 驾崩之后,一切混乱都浮出台面。。。”有异曲同工之妙。 那可不是单单“人完”和“政息”那么简单噢,中国每个封建王朝“人亡政息”之后都经历的大洗牌社会动乱,没有一个人不必付出代价。历史学家评论中国社会实力为什么会落后西方那么远呢,其中得到的原因就是:每次政权更替的破坏太严重,付出的社会代价太大。 假如说,PAP万一不幸在2020年倒台,会造成如每个中国封建王朝崩溃时都经过的内乱和内战,那未免过于危言耸听,毕竟我们今天怎么样都还算是以文明的民主选举来进行政权选择和更替,就算有十几巴仙人口一直活在赤贫状态,新加坡人也已经被训练到纵使有万般不满,宁可去跳楼跳地铁,也不愿意与武力造反者为伍的特性,这就注定造就了某种社会的特性:即使有非比寻常的政权更替,也是渐进与文明斯文的,绝对不会是暴力内战或者淡米尔之虎的那种恐怖活动。 在真正的民主社会,政党政权轮替是根本的常态,是平常不过的事,但我们为什么总是听到这样吓人的论调:反对党上台的话,新加坡就会完蛋,天就会塌下来! 如果问题真有那么严重,斗争的场面可以想象非常激烈,那肯定目标不外只有两个:是为了抢权和抢钱,那请问,这问题难道不是PAP自己造出来的? PAP执政几十年,尽管掩饰得很精美,天天往自己脸上贴金,大小错误犯得还真不算少,最大最要命“聪明反被聪明误”的烂招,我觉得最少有两大谬误: 一、执政期间蓄意搜括了太多民富民膏,造就了一座巨大金山,这容易、也肯定会引来野心家的觊觎 无论这些人是来自反对党还是执政党里面的贪婪者,这就好像一大块血淋淋的鲜肉,到处闻到腥味的苍蝇都会群集而来,这对于一个“不太文明民主”的国家社会绝不是什么好事,尤其是如人家说的“在“强老头”驾崩之后”,党内的野心家就会开始动手出击了,再加上党内的所谓民主都是讲在嘴边的,社会质疑和传媒监督、司法独立等机制其实已经被永久性瘫痪,新加坡的厄运就真的开始了。(不要告诉我PAP里面干净到没有这样的人!) 二、蓄意让95%人口成为房奴,背上一辈子的房债 这不但造成人心不满,造成社会的不和谐,也直接造成大量应有的社会资金累计与投资不公平地失去机会,而这些机会却自动地落入执政党的几个受宠的所谓了不起的投资人才手里。 把几乎免费收回来的国家土地,造出了无数多层组屋,却贪得无厌,把一间只不过数万元本钱的组屋,卖成60万暴利的金屋,还美其名曰跟市场挂钩。 当95%的人口对这种“终身房债”不再言听计从,不再相信政府所说的神话,这政府其实已经脆软到随时得倒台。PAP似乎很聪明地把95%人口牢牢地捆绑在这辆“我亡你亡、同归于尽”的战车上,似乎这是最安全和最聪明的,但当时局环境条件改变的时候,当大多数人觉得可以和你“同归于尽”的时候,就变成“水能载舟,也能覆舟”了! 反对党长期被打压而积弱不振,造成本来健康“皇帝轮流做”的政权轮替变得遥遥无期。就如中国清朝末年那样,外力的改变毫无希望,内部政变的需要就变得无可避免。(无可否认,外压外乱,也是内部改革不可少的间接推动力量) 当后李时代到来时,已经变成“不可持续发展”的PAP在10年内,虽不一定会搞得鸡飞狗走,内部大分裂,甚至倒霉到失去政权,但来自党内的改革压力肯定是不可阻挡的,哪些没真本事而一向来只会说YES的奴才,很快就会被内心很早就在说NO而不敢说的人赶走,哪些靠前朝遗老而站在台上的,拿不出本事的话马上就被赶下来,那时的人才,才算是真的人才。 那时的PAP会不会比今天的PAP更文明,更民主,更懂得照顾人性自由、以人为本呢?那已经不重要了,因为,那只不过是一个挂着PAP的招牌,而本质上已经是另一个政党的政党了。 这样的局面很快就出现吗?不改革,亡政!要真改革,亡党? 既然这样,哪么,PAP继续执政或不继续执政,或者由谁执政,会很重要吗? 来源:大马论坛  Read More →
